Prebuilt best option rn cuz graphics cards are overpriced selling at premium .Lenovo legion or HP omen best bet.

Use an antivirus or something to clean it, or just reinstall the operating system...
These new system with 12th generation Intelprocessors and DDR5 aren't yet available on the market so you might want to wait a while.
