plates close 16-18. with use of ais you can extend it, sometimes up to a year. i would be surprised if my CURRENTLY FULLY OPEN PLATES close before 17. stfu tard

It’s possible but highly unlikely. I was the same height as you at your age but my parents are much taller then yours and I grew to 6’2
