As far as predictions go though, I feel like a rep-farmer on low posts like @Costcosuperstore @GigaStacySexual @Suns9999 would win it

They didnt ascend actually, 0.1 - 0.3 change in PSL wont get you more females.

The genetic construction of the skull is complex and today's plastic surgery is incapable of changing it.

Nose, chin surgery, fillers etc. do not make you more attractive. It only reduces one of your flaws but there are hundreds more that cannot be changed. Because genetics.

If one day the skull and facial tissues are completely dismantled and a head is designed from scratch, then it will work

Those hundreds are not flaws

Also surgery can fix falios that are due to your malformed craniofacial structure and those that are not.
You’ll gain much more appeal from eliminating falios than you do from getting halos.
