Prednisolone

Does anybody have any experience on taking Prednisolone to increase height or bone mass? I want to take it for like 2 months because of my asthma, to see if it’s the problem for my height, 16, 169cm.

Um I took it for a short period because of knee pain and all it did was make me cramp at any slight muscle engagement. But obv not long term so I don’t think this helps. The cramps are fucking bad tho
