Pregab dosing to balance withdrawals

I’ve been thinking about this Pregab users let me know ur input.

Say the day u go out or on a date u take ur regular dose. Mine would be 300mg for example

Then the next day u half it to 150mg, next day to 75mg and then stay sober until the next time u need it.

So u could start on Friday, and keep the effects throughout the whole weekend?

Im gonna try this, because the effects when u quit cold turkey are very brutal

Fym when you need it?
As if you'd only need it for special occasions, like a date.
Then you don't need it in the first place.

Are u addicted to it or? If u experience withdrawals(such as shaking and shit) just take propranolol 40mg+maybe l theanine! The most I personally took was 2 days in a row, so I never had problems

Mentally I’m not addicted if that makes sense. Like I can stop it for when I don’t “ need” it for example days I stay home or just hang out with friends. But I get physical withdrawals for sure like horrible mood and slowed breathing. I haven’t quit it yet cus it’s really effective.

Im gonna try this method I said in OP and I’ll see if it makes it easier to manage.

BTW I read that Propranothol only fixes physical symptoms of anxiety like shaking, which I don’t get. And why L theanine?
Did this stack work for u, for ur mental anxiety?

Prop for a calm body and l theanine for a calm brain and better mood! It was just a suggestion, I never had to go through withdrawal from pregab jfl! I only use it when needed and I never had a problem
