Pregab seizures?

I've heard from someone at the bar last night that pregab can give you seizures, but I'm confused because Clav seems to take pregab multiple times a week and gets pretty high sometimes. I was talking to a girl at the bar and she said her friend got a seizure while on it, but also combined it with alc and coke so that could be why. Does pregab actually cause seizures over a certain dosage?
