What's a good dose to take first time? Also, how long until you notice affects or when you should up the dose?

First time I took 150, waited like an hour and a half and didin't feel much so took another 150 and an hour later I felt pretty good so took another 150. The next day I took 450 straight and it worked great. I now just stick with 600 whenever I go out. Takes about 2 hours for me to feel it but I'm on like 6mg reta, depends person to person. Be careful though tolerance rises quickly so use it sparingly.
