id say 1 time per week. 2 might be fine but over a long period of time would probably not be your best option.

preciate the response yeah i think i’ll take 250mg on saturday instead of 300 and i only plan to use it on events which i dont go out much so should be fine

took it and felt a bit sleepy at first (i didn’t sleep much previous night) then went and ate some eggs w some toast and drank coffee the caffeine really helped it kick in and made me truly feel it
when it was wearing off i felt a bit nauseous and had a bit of a headache but that got quickly fixed w eating and drinking water.
I recommend trying 150mg first then working ur way up if anything.

I took 900mg last week. Which is in the acute overdose territory.

I don't even feel shit till 300-400mg.

You can take up to 600mg. Just remember it takes roughly TWO HOURS to kick in.
