Pregab vs Phenibut, which is better?

I love pregabalin.
AFAIK, you build a tolerance very quickly however, so it's much more applicable to be used ad hoc rather than sustained long-term.
I have never used it consistently, so I can't comment on this, but I feel absolutely zero inhibition socially at 300mg, though I am still conscious of when situations might be perceived as awkward, it's like I care less.

Bro 300 mgs absolutely wrecked me.. You can see my post if you want, but I vomited and everything. I'm wondering if pregab just isn't for me or that was too high for a first dose. (Oh, and my bad for the late response, didn't see the date)
