Depends. If you already have decent social skills and want it for a very special one time occasion -> Phenibut HCL

For more frequent use -> Baclofen/Pregab

Propanolol is a beta blocker, and doesnt work on GABA like the others, it reduces your heart rate directly, but honestly id just take baclofen/pregab

Propanolol if u sweat and have a beating heart for certain situations like a presentation.

Pregab for mental anxiety
Baclofen for physical stiffness and muscle tension
