I feel like Pregabalin is overrated, doesn’t do much except make me tired

Does anyone recommend have any alternatives to it for anti anxiety/going out?

alc is obviously off the table that’s the whole reason I ordered pregab in the first place

Then benzos are your only option but use in moderation since they are addicting. Also it makes some people sleepy, like when I use xanax I dont want to do anything and just want to sleep.
