Pregabalin experience

I've been taking pregab once a week and it honestly does a pretty incredible job at making my speech more fluent and relaxed. However, there's two glaring flaws which make me advice you don't take this as a soft max:

-The bloating this drug causes it terrible. It inflames my cheeks like crazy as if I'm becoming 10% higher bf instantly

-The tolerance builds up rapidly. I started with 500mg a few months ago, taking it once a week, and now 4g feels nearly the same as 500 did

It did. People can take 10g+ and be fine

Why are you using it everyday? When you take it be present and try and learn the way you talk and the things you say that is useful. This way u can learn to be NT and get off it.
