I had to take pregabalin + bacfolen 300mg, 50mg 2 days in a row for some events.

I know pregab builds a tolerance super fast, so it probably wasn't wise to do this. how long should I wait before taking another round of pregab and bac to prevent tolerance build up?

Just search up pregabalin memory loss on google and reddit. So many people who've used it long term, for years, got memory loss. Baclofen also causes memory loss at high doses.
