Can take lyrica twice a week with a space of 3 days without feeling effects of buildup

Or combine with Agmatine to dose more often, and at lower doses without tolerance buildup

Assuming you are using it as an alcohol replacement, you should be fine, unless you're an alcoholic, that is. I personally take 150mg on Friday nights before parties and on some occasions 300mg at the club the following day if I strike out. Don't overdo it; switch to alcohol once in a while if you notice buildup, and try to go out once a week.
