Premature ejaculation

Do any of you suffer from it? What do you do and how succesfull your actions are?

There are two opinions:
1) "Old one": it's psychological, you're inexperienced, nervous, too aroused etc
2) "New one": it's genetical — you have low serotonin in your brain or low reaction to it, or you have hypersensitive foreskin naturally or because of phimosis, short frenulum.

I'm pretty nervous and hyperanalitical myself, always worry if I'm doing foreplay right etc. I'm also hyperaroused and obsessed with sex (not porn). I'm just feeling an urge to ejaculate after 20seconds of penetration (blowjob doesn't make me cum so fast though). Sometimes I had it longer, and could have 5mins+- of sex, but I needed to switch positions or often start doing oral etc

Will it go away with time or am I supposed to be normal from start of sex life?
What can I do?
Should I (and how) become calmer, can I increase serotonin naturally?
I don't want to imagine some shit to fuck up myself in long run and not have satisfaction from sex and I don't want to take SSRIs for this purpose too.
I've got relatives with psychological problems (neurosis, schizophrenia possibly), but I do hope that I'm not genetically depressed cuz of serotonin problems.

Kegels and reverse kegels. Reverse kegels more important because you want to learn how to relax them

Too much sitting causes a weakning of the pelvic muscles often causing anterior pelvic tilt - the cause of your problem fixing that will solve your it. Dont remember how I know this but I remember reading the study about it.

I do workouts, but it's not like I can do something more than add more breaks for walking and couple of squats inbetween study/work.
