Premature ejacultion

So bacially every week for a while I have wet dreams and I bust in them the problem is I was taking to looksmaxing friends about it and they said that can cause premature ejacultion which is were anytime I have sex in future I would last under a minute, I don’t wank anymore, got my dopamine in check but it’s still happens, I am 15 I assume I should go see a doctor but my family is very religious so it could not go well idk what to do
