Premaxilla recessed but Rest of maxilla not recessed

Vortrox is a good example of recessed premaxilla but not rest of maxilla. Just the lower tooth area.

He’s MTN but in this photo you can see his premaxilla looks lacking, and weird lip

i have the opposite, it gives me nasal folds but its prob because of overbite. im getting bsso and genio for it
