premolar biting causing tendon popping in jaw

ive been premolar biting for a few weeks to try to induce ccw rotation, but now a jaw tendon just below my left ear pops anytime i shift my jaw forward/backward. is this a bad sign or a good sign?

bad sign. stopping trying to induce tmj. your jaw is genetic unless you abuse androgens and gh for a few milimeters
