Premolar extraction braces

My upper jaw is insanely narrow. So narrow in fact that a teeth (number 5) grew on my upper jaw a few years ago. They had to extract it and then after a few years I noticed I have an open bite so I told the orthodontist and they said I need to wear braces. However I need to balance both sides so they extracted another premolar (number 4) on the other side. Now I lost two premolars and my upper jaw is narrow. My maxxila is recessed and underdeveloped. I heard that braces after extractions make you even more recessed. I am 15, will getting MARPE device when I turn 18 fix this or am I done for life?
