Premolars extraction before lefort

My teeth were bent forward and crowded. also my jaw was 4mm narrow to the lower arch. Waiting for me ccw bimax with jaw widening (3 pcs left). Will this premolar extraction have a bad effect? I didn't want to do SARPE because the narrowing was not large and it would have a bad effect on the width of the nose.

That moment when you go to doctor and then you ask on incel forum what should you do. I am not surprised tho. Doctors don't care if preparation for surgery/surgery will make you uglier. I have maxfac appoitment tommorow and I bet I will ask here what to do

I asked 2 ortho and maxfac about extraction, they confrimed. I don't care if preparation make me ulgier,
all I care about is the end result. I will ask the orthodontist to leave the interdental spaces open and build the teeth so as not to lose space in the arch

what if i do extraction. then lefort + maxilla widening. Then I will ask the orthodontist to open the interdental spaces and enlarge the teeth with composite (bonding) with the total value of premolars.

I am totally laic if it comes to surgery. If maxfac will tell me to extract my wisdom teeth, I will have to do it. If I will have to get braces I will do it. On the other hand I heard that orthos can fuck you over and make you even uglier.

As far as I understand you do not really have another choice if your teeth are bent forward they need to be bent backwards. You probably have a bit of alveolar protrusion and hence need to pull the frontal teeth back inwards. Therefore the 2nd premolars have to go. Further with bone reabsorption is 100% a problem but more so for people who do not have jaw surgery afterwards. It is not optimal but given that you will have jaw surgery it is what it is.

I am in the process of pulling out four premolars, two down, two up. Even if I get bone absorption I will look better than I do now. I think a good diet, some mild falim gum chewing and high vitamin D3 as well as TRT when you hit 30+ will make boneloness minimal.
