ive already had my premolars extracted is there anyways to save my forward growth

context: they said they had to remove them to make “space”. fucking mse then but i have a snaggle tooth on the left hand side of my face and my top teeth don't aline with my bottom

You lack maxillary forward growth, I think you might be a candidate for DJS ask your ortho about this
