Preparing for the reaper / preventing hair loss before it happens

I'm 20 years old. Healthy head of hair. Male members of my family for the most part all succumbed to norwood. Is there a way for me to anticipate the reaper before he comes knocking on my door.

Can you prevent hair loss before it happens? Would taking dht blockers prevent dht damage early or is there a better method?

Lifestyle / stress, diet, and sleep is pretty unproblematic. Let me know!
