Why do people insist on grey market Isotretinoin (accutane) even though it’s so easy to get it prescribed and inexpensive throughout the whole treatment. Getting bloods for it is kinda tedious and pointless but I’ve done it twice (60 mg daily first time and 80 mg second time) through a dermatologist and required little hassle or convincing. I just said I wanted to and she agreed.

I feel like it’s cheaper too. Copays were like 10-20 per visit and they weren’t that often
I can more understand that its harder for youngins to get 5AR scripts but isotret is so fucking easy and cheap pretty much anywhere you go, theres gonna be a derm that will give it to you

Yea I would prob only consider grey Isotretinoin if I use it low dose year round like 10-20 mg daily
