My theory on the main difference between these three types.

Pretty boy:

Good eyes.
Average jaw.

Masc:

Good jaw.
Average eyes.

Pretty/Masc Hybrid (the best obviously):

Good eyes.
Good jaw.

I think there is a diffefence between a pretty/feminine eye area vs a masculine one though

They're still a lot less "masc" than the guys that come to mind when I think of "full masc" (Tom Hardy, Jason Momoa, The Rock for example)
