Pretty sure I almost had a heatstroke today

I was in a very hot building, and I became:
  • Lightheaded
  • Dizzy
  • Unable to breathe; like an asthma attack
  • Very sweaty
  • Felt like I was going to fall asleep
  • Felt like an asthma attack
I know people who have had it before in this exact building, it isn't uncommon. So, that's where I came to the conclusion. Thoughts?
