In the Methodology of PSl its described as looking high class or high iq

notes: its not necessarly being GL, if you are GL you have high chance to score high on pedigree

Ethnicity: pretty much you have to be white

Being indian = no chance
Being manlet = no chance
Being deformed super ugly = no chance
Even being fat = no chance
rather not jacked
rather darker hair
rather max stubble but better clen shaven
full head of hair
not place for street wear

Examples: (its extermely rare btw)

Look super classy, but not cause just they wear suits, they have high class faces
99% of time thy are low-trust look not place for prey eyes, and in the mean time LOW PEDIGREE examples:

I think you are just falling for the halo effect, we tend to ascribe attractive people positive attributes such as being more successful and intelligent. That's why you perceive these Chads as "high pedigree".
