The actual plot twist is that pretty boys can actually have functionally masculine dimorphism. Yes, a positive vector usually indicates that the skull has grown in optimal dimensions. An overlooked problem that has been discussed here a couple times is when the rear of the skull is more expanded than the front of the skull. What wasnt looked at was its effect on soft tissues. Whats come to my attention is that with less front end craniofacial surface area comes more soft tissue sagging, creating that dreaded boneless look. The tissues get bunched up and gravity pulls it down hiding otherwise dimorphic jawlines and cheekbones that most men have.

Theres an image floating around the site I cant find but theres and image of two skull shapes thats reminiscent of this image (of eggs.) Its a top view showing what happens to the skull, I think its relevant to most facial/skull/hairline failos.

Its not necessarily growing the lateral aspect of the face but filling in the temporal area so that the tissues are relieved off of the face. Its very subtle. Its simulating what it would be like had your skull grew in optimal dimension (equidistant proportions that are not too front or back heavy) where as the current subhuman dimensions is the direction the face had to grow to accommodate lack of space to grow (long face/narrow face.)

Currently there isnt anything high tech for loosmaxx based cranium solutions but Im starting to look into how facelifts can simulate it. Even in a bathroom mirror we can test how much better we can look just by tugging/pinching/twisting the skin upwards in various places. Facelift approaches would serve a function like makeup as it doesnt solve the core problem but it does address the soft tissue problem that things like bimax cannot fix, no matter how much new bone is generated.
