Let's say I ran dnp at 200mg, ate 1500 calories with 300mg test + lifted regularly and hit my protein intake, do y'all think I would lose any muscle at all? ive ran dnp before and it was good for weight loss but I lost alot of muscle too, I didn't lift, or take test and I probably missed my protein goals on a good few days tho, so im assuming that may be the reason?
