Preventing mouthbreathing

How to prevent it in the first place so that the ones who never mouthbreathed wont be affected by it?

Also whose at risk?

tape. use medical tape to tap your lips shut. do it for 3 months. worked for me. but...you need to ensure that you can actually nbreathe through your nose or you might die....srs

I fucking hate it when my nose is blocked due to cough and cold.

Common sense boyo.
Your nose is blocked. Then instead of taking deep breaths from your mouth, you keep your mouth shut. That will cause less supply of oxygen to your brain and blood. That will cause short breaths and may suffocate you.
It is best to mouth breathe and not suffocate.
