Limited value in Botox except to deal with wrinkles caused by excessive facial expression, but as we are all shut-ins I don’t think we need to worry about that.

Fake up has the bigger part to play but it’s off limits to men.

so low concentration tret maxx? It’s the most collagen boosting treatment, I’ve seen some anaectodal reviews where people developed naso fabial folds on it due to not moisturizing which means low dose tret + good moisturize + HA acid seem to be the best long term solitons

Not convinced anything except SPF does anything permanent any more to be honest. The science as I interpreted it doesn’t support any of these things having more than a transient effect.

Tret is cheap though so might as well.

for skin i think only legit solutions are
1) fasting ( extended like a 1-3 days, although some people who pratice omad for a few years also notice they look much younger compared to their peers, its just still controversial if autophagy actually hits after 16-18+ hours)
2) k2 supplementation
3) vitc+ha+tret- although the latter is quite tricky because if abused or you do not tolerate it well you can become even worse then before. ( unironically fasting helps with tret side effects

timestamped
4) diet without AGEs filled produces ( mainly sugar)
5) Suncreen - alhough slightly overrated, i rarely put it on myself even though im on tret. Probably legit if you spend tons of time in the sun.

facelift past 40s+ if needed or poor bone sctructure.

i dont have much knowledge about botox but it seems like a temporary solution that you must reaply for your whole life every 3-4 months. And most botox surgeries look very uncanny. preveentive in a sense that you wont get that many wrinkles on your smiling parts? seems like cope because wrinkels are mainly caused by bone loss and lower collagen production.

Lowering brows / free hunter eyes though 👌

My skin could tolerate 0.05 tret but I'm doing accutane due to acne now. After my treatment if I continue 0.025 tret + moisturizer (maybe HA acid?? for better hydration) 2-3 days a week can I get benefits without side effects? From what I've read tret seems to have the same efficany in all concentrations but with diff speed, for long term use it shouldn't matter theoretically right?

I think we should investigate low dose accutane for life as it seems it’s much better for the skin if the vit A is systemic and not a drying topical compound. I’m talking about 20mg/week or smth like that

prolly not good, can cause hair loss if u shrink ur sebaceous glands to NIL. You need some moisture in hair and skin. Accutane for acne then tret will mog

There’s a point of diminishing returns for sure, we just need to address a healthy dose
