Based on some recent research I've been doing today (I'm not saying this is the truth, but what it seems to be from a general picture), preworkout carbs are basically useless compared to how they've been shown, idk if many people think that ts works like an actual fucking magic poison or some sh like that jfl.
The whole normie shit of eating bananas and Rice Krispies 30 min before a workout is basically incompetent and dumb, assuming most of the people here have local muscle glycogen reserves of around 400-700g. Most of the sets you are doing are fueled by ATP of glycogenolysis (glycogenolysis is impelled by the 400-700g of glycogen I mentioned before), and glucose in your bloodstream gives little to no actual energy for a workout.
Only place it might actually matter, if you're actually starvemaxxing and not eating enough carbs to refill your glycogen between sessions. If this is the case, then you're starting from a deficit instead of a full tank, and it does a little more there, however, it would also be pointless to eat it as a preworkout since you can eat it the day before and have the local storage perfectly prepared for the workout, instead of eating it 1 hour before and just getting little to no actual benefits like a retard nigger.
Not trying to say I'm 100% right, but if anyone disagrees lmk as I would guide my research towards new directions.
