Yeah but under iv sedation you're not intubated so you don't have a guaranteed airway and can inhale all the blood and whatnot

yeah that sucks, for example this youtuber surgeon - Gary Linkov charges 100k for a hair transplant just because he's famous from yt films

Yes it is. Actually we've attempted once, never again. The patient was very uncomfortable during the procedure and the surgery was much harder for us than it hard to be.

Actually there's an old story on this website maybe 5-6 years old of a Brazilian surgeon who tried to do a jaw angles under local, the patient could feel every turn of the screw so the surgeon stuffed his mouth with gauze and called a taxi to take the patient to the hospital where they finished under general.

This is SUPER good. I was gonna go do dr epply for my 2nd surgery but wanted to see dr jorge instead.

Im planning on getting a custom jaw and chin implant plus an under eye implant and my guess is it would be 40k with epply. Maybe more.

These prices seem like they are INSANELY good

The flight will be like 1k, if hotel and driving isn't included in his pricing my guess is that's another grand because he said you'll need to stay in brazil for 1-2 weeks.

They are semi custom he has many sizes small,medium,large his implants are basically one size fits all not bad for the price

If I have jaw asymmetries, could that be fixed with his kind of implants?
Im looking to fix the asymmetries on top of just getting overall better bonemass / width and projection in the area

I asked if he did the 3 piece (Gonial,Jawline,Chin) but he only did the gonial he seems to like his results he did them September 2023
