What do you say to this mainstream claim?

Every time you try to tell someone about the diet they just say this:

“There’s scientific evidence showing cooked foods made our brain bigger and helped us evolve because we could process and digest the food without getting sick”

What do you guys say back?

cooking food destroys everything nutrients, enzymes, etc. and makes it harder to digest (if you actually ever tried it u would know that), and your body is made out of raw meat so why would you cook it and make it dehydrating and a dead piece of meat that your body has to convert back to raw meat

also cooking of meat/poultry was rare until ~200 years ago

Do u have something to back this up? Would be huge cause all normies keep saying we’ve been cooking for thousands of years and bull shit

yea sure humans had fire and cooking happened a few timesbut why would they cook their meat in fire which dehydrates the meat, makes it smaller, less tastier (arguable), takes time and energy
u really think if hunters were starving with meat in front of them that they would wait until they made a fire just to take extra time to cook it and make it visually look less appealing
+ lower nutrients, create carcinogens and toxens + other stuff
