I've been eating clean primal diet for 2.5 weeks which includes raw milk, beef, raw beef liver, raw egg yolks sometimes, raw eggs, chicken, salmon, sometimes bone narrow, oysters and heart.
Benefits i've noticed.
Better sleep + sleeping less I used to sleep alot like 10-12h but now I sleep 7h and feel great.
More confidence no more social anxiety before that I had severe social anxiety I couldn't talk to people but now i'm going on dates with random foids and have a lot of confidence.
Also feeling way happier and healthier everyday.
That's the main things i've noticed will update yall on the 2 month mark once I will do test results to see how much i increased it.
Also i'm probably going to hunt some animals in the forest it's illegal but some small animals because I want to eat wild animals they are the best to consume raw + to feel the feeling of killing animals.
