PRIMAL DIET IQCELS GTFIH

The Primal diet, originally founded by Aajonus Vonderplanitz, is getting hyped on TikTok. Whether you know it or not, TikTok isn’t the best place to get your knowledge from, but some of you still do, and I think it’s worth clarifying. I just want to break it down honestly.

The Primal Diet is being advertised as something that will literally change your whole body, face, and give you wings, but the truth is much different. First of all, most craniofacial growth occurs when you’re pre-puberty, but that’s a well-known fact, and I don’t think I have to talk about it

Without a lot of useless words, I just want to address what’s worth eating and what’s utter cope.

Raw liver. It is full of vitamin A (retinol), vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, vitamin B12 (cobalamin), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), folate (vitamin B9), choline, iron (heme iron), zinc, copper, selenium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, manganese, coenzyme Q10, creatine, purines, enzymes. Eating it raw just prevents heat damage that some of those nutrients are prone to. It honestly tastes like shit at first, but later on you should get used to it. You can always just swallow small pieces of it and be fine. Important thing! You should always get your liver from a good source, as eating it from medicated animals isn’t the best choice, although at least in Europe it’s very strict, so technically you would be fine eating it straight from the market.


Other organs. They are nice and contain nutrients (brain, for example), but there is no fucking way you’re going to eat them anyway. You can eat hearts though, but that’s when you’re moneycel and can’t get yourself meat.

Important point almost nobody talks about:
If you eat only muscle meat and organs, you will fuck up the methionine and glycine balance. That imbalance is essentially ruining your health long term. That’s why you need to balance it with bones, skin, and connective tissue. Make soup or eat it as you wish.

Utter shit cope.

Fermented foods. There is no need to eat them if you’re healthy, but of course primal influencers will push you into eating fermented liver. Don’t fall for that, as it’s completely unnecessary. I mean, you can eat it, but eating fermented, stinky liver that does the same as also disgusting normal liver is stupid.

What the primal diet can actually do for you:
It won’t make you a Chad if you’re past puberty. It’s too late for massive skeletal changes like crazy maxilla projection or supras.
But if you’re young and your issues come from years of nutrient deficiencies (junk food, seed oils, etc.), then fixing that can help you reach your genetic potential better – better bone development, clearer skin, less puffiness, healthier hormones, stronger erections, and you’ll probably smell better to other people too.

Realistic benefits:
Much better skin (less acne, less redness, healthier glow)
Improved energy and mood
Better hormonal profile
Less bloating and inflammation

It’s not going to make you a Chad from nothing, but simply, you will develop very, very well on that. So you’re going to have no recessions if started young enough.

Worth trying?
Of course, just make sure to remember the first rule of it. You don’t fucking talk about it, as all the benefits will be overcome by you being seen as retarded.

What you should avoid (this is the most important part):

Seed oils / vegetable oils (canola, soybean, sunflower, corn, grapeseed, safflower, anything labeled “vegetable oil”). These are the biggest inflammation drivers and fuck up your skin and hormones.
Grains & cereals (bread, pasta, rice, oats, wheat, corn). Full of anti-nutrients that block minerals and cause gut issues.
Sugar and high-fructose junk (soda, candy, pastries, desserts).
Ultra-processed foods – anything with a long ingredients list.
Legumes (beans, lentils, peanuts) – high in lectins, hard on digestion.
Most plant oils – olive oil is fine unheated, but don’t fuck up omega acid balance.
Pasteurized, low-fat industrial dairy. Debatable.
Out-of-season fruit in huge amounts or fruit juices. Stick to seasonal berries, citrus, apples in moderation.
Alcohol – no need to say anything.
Soy products – JFL.

Bottom line:

It’s not a revolution, but it’s worth it to eat 400 g liver a week to just be more attractive and fill up deficiencies. Even if it won’t make you a Chad (because most of the time it won’t), you will just be healthy and strong.




I might make more in-depth guide in the future featuring studies of how it can actually make you develop better so tell me if you would read it :)

Good thread but you could say it's over because you should have hope on this from the first day you arrived but even then your parents needs to carry good genes/lifestyle to make you "Chad" with "hunter skull"

not to mention the fact there are so many amazing tasting meals that include animal organs, you're literally missing out on everything if you don't eat organs and just stick to flesh

Wasn't it founded by like cavemen or whatever nigga?
I'm assuming he's referring to who popularized it, although nowadays I would say goatis has done a bigger part in convincing teenagers to eat raw stuff
