Primal Diet Is The Best

I've been on the primal diet for around 7 months now (primal marcus and face iq inspired me) I've read aajonus vonderplanitz book and everything and it has acended me so much.

But I can't get around how horrible liver tastes it genrueally makes me vomit.

It taste like super irony and like idk it makes me gag i can eat raw meat fine and i enjoy it

its thesame with the raw milk i buy its super sour i can only drink ti with raw honey
