Raw diet is the most optimal one for health. You can say that diet is cope, but your coping by saying that. Yes ofc perfect genes will have good bone structure even with bad diet, but you probabbly dont have perfect genes to be ignoring your diet. Humans natturaly shouldn't be reccesd or have weak bonemass, why some have it is because of their poor lifestyle which also includes diet. This is not cope, bones & health indicators = looking good, both can be obtained by primal diet. If you still think diet is complety cope or just cope, reply
