I’ve seen people eating raw meat, raw eggs and raw milk. What are the benefits in this???, let’s be honest, this dosent sound or looks fucking good or like it tastes good. Should I start doing this?, I’m 41
I’m 160 cm my dad is 181 cm he’s a late bloomer and he stopped growing at 23 but he would use test and go to parties a lot and sleep really late and my mom is 164 cm. Should I start eating/drinking ts? (For bone mass and height)
