Basically I tried to do the primal diet for a week to see the results, it’s day three and I am shitting absolute water and pebbles, I bought everything from a farmer and only ate meat, dairy products, eggs, and that’s about it, never doing this shitty add diet again, I want my blue berries :Sadge::Sadge:

That's literally how it works for most people in the beginning

I had this too for about 3-4 days and now i'm almost 2 months in without a single issue, i think it's just your body adjusting to eating natural food instead of absolute slop.

It's a sudden change to go from eating slop for 16+ years to eating primal, lol.

Also, you can still eat blueberries on primal, i don't see the issue there

Basically this, yeah. It's just a change in the microbiome and it's completely expected. Actually, it would be weird if your body wouldn't react to such a change. 1 week means nothing

that's chill it's detox. Also you can eat fruits don't overcomplicate it. And you can always start of lightly cooked instead of straight raw.

Raw/blue rare animals, Raw animal products, organic fruits is all. Though to be 105% full primal you gotta add vegetable juices but

its a body detox nothing wrong with it:LimmyPeepo:

it's because if you eat just raw meat it can't get your blood density to your previous lvls and keeps it low

check symptoms of thin blood, you most likely have it

That's how it is meant to work. By eating the diet your body can finally detox the system of the garbage that has built up over the years, resulting in symptoms like that, among other symptoms like spots/acne, farting, and nausea. It's all part of the process, although it certainly can get very intense to the point where you want to quit, I had a much worse detox than you describe, but it was worth it.
