Started 2 days ago, been eating 1.2 lbs grass fed ground beef and 2 ounces of liver (all raw) a day

Do you guys buy only the amount you need for 2-3 days, then do 2x weekly orders? Or do you freeze the remaining goods you have for the later part of the week?
I read that if you freeze the grass fed beef it renders the nutrients useless so I'm currently in a bit of a dilenma.

Currently on winter break and also was wondering what I should do when I return back to uni...

Just have a balanced diet and you'll be fine, eating raw and primal won't ascend you. Just don't eat slop and have good micros and macros. That will be good for you my friend 💯💯

I'm experimenting currently as I usually eat cooked foods, but for the past week I've had cooked foods and not sure why but got insane bloat (regular steak cuts, regular cooked salmon etc).

Oh fair enough my bro

It all depends when you're going to eat it. Freezing destroys the taste and 80% of the nutrients. I'd avoid that. Only buy what you'll consume within the first weeks at max.

how long can fresh ground beef be stored for? Isn't it like 3 days before it goes bad?

3 days once it’s opened. 2 months if unopened and heavily refrigerated.
