Primal Diet : Why It's Better and Debunking of a Nutrition Myth

Hey guys, this is my 3rd thread (also botb worthy), so please check out my other ones on Periorbital fat and
on Teeth Maxing, and rep this post, thanks.


One more thing : I will not quote or mention Aajonus Vonderplanitz since I don't
really believe he provided good nutrition advice, especially in his cooking videos.


First of all, vegetables became a thing because of the government. As industrial agriculture expanded,
cheap seeds, crops, etc had to have a justification. The government then started promoting it, and funded
researches and studies to prove their claim.
Except these studies ignored :

-The bio availability of the protein :
You will barely get half of the protein you see written on the package.
Why? Because the protein is in the plant fiber : THAT WE CAN NOT FULLY DIGEST !


-The fact that there are antinutrients in vegetables :
Like phytic acid, linoleic acid, etc. These will bind to the nutriments, making
them undigestible.
Fact abt linoleic acid :
Linoleic acid is the ONLY cause of Sunburns ! As a human,
you are able to sunbathe for multiple hours without getting sunburned (without
seeds, grains, etc)


-The fiber content
plant fiber causes bloating and constipation !


Conclusion : We are NOT supposed to eat vegetables !

More so, the primal people, the ones you criticize the diet of, were the most biochemically healthy,
and we know that because of the fossilized shit (we can track and analyze the foods they consumed through it),
and guess what ? They ate around
95% meat and animal products ! (other 5% were fruits, because lack of
meat or inability to hunt caused them to eat anything. They didn't eat to satisfy their "sweet tooth" :feelsuhh: )

NEVER SEEDS (or very few, like >1%) !


Seed oils commonly get out of the body in about 2 years. I think you
can increase the speed at which you detox from seed oils by going on a fatty carnivore/primal diet.

Paul Saladino made a video about it, and I totally agree with him :

eating a modern diet, to a healthy way of eating :



There is a lot of evidence that raw meat is superior to cooked because of the reduction of
certain water-soluble vitamins, heat reactive nutrients and enzymes, etc.

A study on raw, cooked, smoked meat showed the nutrient content
could be reduced up to 50% (raw meat of course didn't change).
This shows cooking the food can significantly reduce the amount of

naturally present nutriments and more.


To pair with what I said, imagine the primal people.

What did they eat ? Meat, as I stated. Except it was RAW !

I have no problem with cooking the food. I do it myslef sometimes, but make sure to :
-Cook it in animal fat, like duck/beef tallow, butter, etc
-And not to overcook it (nutrient loss)


For the sourcing of the meat :
Because it is true you can get sick from eating
raw meat (if the animal is fed grains, seeds,
antibiotics to avoid diseases, it can damage the
quality of the meat, , you just have
to find a
good source , so try to get it from a butchery or a farm, ideally
the animal would have been grass fed or pasture raised
(pasture raised>grass fed)

Tip : I like Paul Saladino's multiple videos about his
grocery hauls. You can be inspired by them (especially
for the meat) but i would reccomend to eat a bit less
fruits, except if you just started eating primal.


When going on a primal diet, there are some things that you need to be careful about.

Getting enough fat : Fat is your energy (I simplified) as you're
not eating carbohydrates anymore. Make sure to
eat a lot of butter, tallow, and fat in general in your diet.

Hypervitaminosis A : Caused by too much vitamin A. Raw liver
can
maybe cause it (never one recorded case of
hypervitaminosis A that was not a study on
vitamin A supplements)

Heal your gut : Fix your gut by eating fermented milk,
yogurts, probiotics, etc. The bacteria will 'reshape' your
gut making eat able to digest better meat for example.


Other things : Eat when you want to eat, get A LOT of sun exposure,*
(I would reccomend to use sunscreen until you don't have
seed oils in your body, so choose a natural one. be careful to which
suscreens you use because some contain harmful chemicals
that end up in your bloodstream), etc. Watch some Goatis and Face IQ videos for tips.

Thing on the vitamine A it isnt true u cannot get poisoned if it is from food only from excess supplements explained this to my doctor since im 33x above the regular amount and he agrees liver 4 lyfe:feelsokman:

Yeah thats what FaceIQ said, seemed to make sense since the primal people ate a lot of vitamin A.
Thats why I precised that there hasn't been a study on hypervitaminosis A that isn't about supplementation.
