Ive been trying the "primal diet" as it is called online. i have been having raw eggs and mostly raw beef and milk and sometimes raw liver. i am 16 years olds and 184cm. what sort of changes and benefits which could be physical or mentally could i get if i continue this diet.

its hard to finish without a wee bit of diarrhea in my experience, two or three times a week I'll eat a raw tuna burrito with extra cheese as a treat :ogre:

don't eat raw eggs, cooking the whites raises the bioavailability of the protein. uncooked whites taste gross for a reason
