Over the past several months, I changed the way I ate and noticed a major difference in how I looked and felt. The diet I followed focused mostly on raw, natural foods and very minimally processed ingredients. I based my meals around raw milk, fresh fruits for carbohydrates and energy, and nutrient-dense animal foods, including raw organs such as liver and heart.
One of the biggest changes I noticed was in my overall appearance. My skin looked clearer, my face appeared leaner and healthier, and I had more natural energy throughout the day. Eating fruit gave me steady carbohydrates without relying on heavily processed foods, while the raw milk provided fats, protein, and calories that helped me stay full and recover well. The animal organs were especially important because they are rich in vitamins and minerals like iron, vitamin A, B vitamins, and zinc.
The diet also encouraged me to eat simpler and pay more attention to food quality. Most of what I consumed came from whole foods rather than packaged products. I felt more energized, my digestion improved, and I became more consistent with my eating habits. Combined with good sleep, hydration, and training, the diet helped me improve both my physique and my confidence.
Even though this way of eating worked well for me personally, I understand that diets affect everyone differently, and it is important to pay attention, nutritional balance, and individual health needs.
