You'll see them hating and avoiding any kind of plants at all costs but then eating fruits jfl 
The problem here is with their logic, they say veggies and grains are manmade through genetic crossing, so they're unnatural and we don't need them. but guess what? Fruits are also made the same way todays sweet fruits didn't exist in nature back then.
Do they not realize that there's no difference between eating veggies and fruits?
fruits also contain some of antinutrients that they're avoiding and shaming veggies for.
