Yeah i mean lots of people are saying that but it’s just crazy to think about it being extremely healthy, when the government is treating that kind of food like it’s poisonous

Yeah, the jews tryna make us scared of natural stuff so we buy their ultra process food and cloned animal ultra processed meat so we cant defend ourselves and be brainwashed.

Just watch some goatis and Aajonus videos and you will see the truth, or just read Aajonus's book.

Raw Eggs are rich in protein and other micronutrients. The fatty acids they have can help your metabolism. They contain most of the essential amino acids, and one egg provides 27% of the daily choline requirements.

They're also an excellent source of:
  • Calcium
  • Phosphorous
  • Potassium
  • Vitamin A
  • Vitamin D
One raw egg contains:
  • 72 calories
  • 6 grams of protein
  • 5 grams of fat
  • 186 milligrams of cholesterol

Raw Meat Vs Cooked Meat:
  • Raw: Retains 100% of its natural vitamin and mineral profile, including heat-sensitive micronutrients like thiamine (Vitamin B1) and Vitamin C.
  • Cooked: Certain water-soluble vitamins (B-vitamins and some minerals) can leach out into the cooking juices or degrade under high heat. For example, thiamine can degrade by 73% to 100% depending on the temperature and duration of the cook, Which also make it lose alot of enzymes , beneficial bacteria and nutrition value.

Raw Milk Vs Pasteurized Milk
CategoryRaw MilkPasteurized MilkNutrient Impact & Details
MacronutrientsRetainedRetainedProteins (casein and whey), carbohydrates (lactose), and fats are not damaged by heat.
Vitamins & MineralsRetainedReducedHeat-sensitive water-soluble vitamins (like Vitamin C and B vitamins) is reduced
Active EnzymesRetainedDestroyedRaw milk contains native enzymes (like lactase and lipase) that help with digestion. These are denatured by the high heat of pasteurization.
Beneficial BacteriaPresentDestroyedRaw milk retains beneficial bacteria like Lactobacillus. Pasteurization removes these along with all harmful pathogens.
Immune ProteinsRetainedReducedImmunoglobulins and lactoferrin are partially degraded by heat treatment.
So , when you cook any raw food it lose at least 35% of it's nutrients
And Lose important enzymes and beneficial bacteria.

TL;DR
Raw food got more and better nutrients than cooked/pasteurized food ,
and these nutrients in the raw food makes your gut health better which will make your body healthier than ever + You avoid chemical addons that may be added in the pasteurization process.
Also some researches claims that the "Ecoli , Salmonela , etc.." are just myths and actually not harmful for the human body.
! Note: Only Get Raw food from a Trusted Local Farm
