no way nigganiggas should stop coping with ''Primal diet'', skin is fully genetics
Skin is not genetics. Genetics can help but your environment, nutrition and habits dictate how your skin will look like for most of the population. Niggas be saying anything is "fully genetics" nowadaysniggas should stop coping with ''Primal diet'', skin is fully genetics
yes it is nigga I've dealt with horrible acne when I was young and it couldn't fucking go away, my bestfriend eats whatever he wants and has an unhealthy shitty lifestyle yet still has perfect glass skin because his parents did.Skin is not genetics. been eating meat, eggs, some fruit(mainly tomatoes) and some fish these past 3 months skin seems decent. but idk cuz i already had good skin even since i was a fat kid. back then my diet consists of only sugary slop and i rarely get pimples but after finding abt looksmax i want my skin to stay youthful as i age, so i cut out slop absolutely and ive been clean this past months and im wondering if i should apply any products on my skin for it to stay as youthful as possibleLow key the "primal diet" is very fucking dumb. Just eat food: meat, fish, eggs, fruit, vegetables & tubers, that's it. Avoid processed foods, make sure you're getting your micronutrients in (if not just supplement them), drink enough water, potentially avoid dairy and grains. That's it. Your skin will be perfect 99% of the time. People seek to overcomplicate their diets too much, by either being too restrictive or just doing fucking stupid stuff like being vegan or eating raw rotten meat.
Products? Gentle Cleanser (please get one which doesn't leave your skin feeling try or tight, you don't want to be using literal laundry detergent on your face), POTENTIALLY Moisturizer (most underrated skincare product ever, normal to oily skin don't need in most cases, you probably do if your skin is dry, even then try to opt for ones with minimal ingredients and from quality brands), SPF (Mineral sunscreen is a must, it's essential, non-negotiable, DO NOT SKIP IT!), Retinol or Tretinoin (Again, essential).been eating meat, eggs, some fruit(mainly tomatoes) and some fish these past 3 months skin seems decent. but idk cuz i already had good skin even since i was a fat kid. back then my diet consists of only sugary slop and i rarely get pimples but after finding abt looksmax i want my skin to stay youthful as i age, so i cut out slop absolutely and ive been clean this past months and im wondering if i should apply any products on my skin for it to stay as youthful as possible
