overrated, I wouldn't say they're undesirable though. Just look up 'men with beautiful eyes' or some shit on a site girls use like tiktok or pinterest and you'll see it's not really psl stuff (although they usually have decent pfl, no massive uee, etc).

I would say 9 has good eyelashes plus a nice shape, but a lack of failos is often more important than halos. And no I don't think 10 are that great, they're not horrible or anything but something about them is just meh. Probably wouldn't make my top 5 on that list
