Prime for men is 20s-30s. For fresh 18-20 yo women, they go for men a couple years older than themselves (i'm experiencing this myself, finding alot of 18-19 yos interested in me) since we're more established than dudes their own age. 30 yo dudes are still very youthful and if you have your shit together, you can still slay in your 30s with women in their early to mid 20s. It's usually around the time you start to peak in your career and life experiences, esp if you don't have kids.
