I’m currently trying to bulk up some more and put some more muscle on first, is it even that worth it? I’d say I’m around 18-20% bf and am 98kg at 6”0, is there any point bulking more or just go for the cut now, really not bothered for this summer tbhgetting lean would be what most people would say to prioritize in the beginning but at the end of the day its all about getting to your end goal

I would start with around 25-35mg and then get up to around 75-80mg weekly then at this stage you could either stay on that dose to adapt and then up the dose to see how your body reacts if your getting major side effects as insomnia and serious blood pressure issues you can either remove the compound or decrease it to what your body didn't react toHow much is recommended for a microdose on tren?
