This is probably very easy to do to a 16-18 year old girl. Many of them are so worried about their education at that age. They've been conditioned to believe that if they mess up their exams at that age, then their life is literally over.

I remember talking to a girl a while back and she was so stressed and in tears about her exams, I managed to convince her that sleeping with her notes and textbooks under her pillow will make her absorb the content easier
